No extensions are planned other than a small roof lift and allocated car parking, two spaces per apartment, will be behind the property.

Welcome to Village Home Store
The parish council was concerned about the access road not being wide enough for two-way traffic and this causing problems on Station Road, and extra strain on the village's drainage. The application drawings were amended and the parish council re-consulted, but no further comments were received. It has been vacant in the last few years, but the front of the former school was previously used for retail purposes from 1982, while the back has become a storage area. A plan to convert the building into four apartments and keep the retail shop area at the front has been given the go ahead.
